I’ve always thought that Digi gives us cheap plans especially after Digi introduced a new plan for us student; Digi D’Campus. This ‘new’ plan was introduced sometime last year that promise us college/university student low call rate, sms rate and internet rate. Here’s roughly the perks we student get from the plan :

Yup! Look at the ‘alluring’ advertisement that got us student to sign up. Look at the call rates of 15 cent/min and free after RM 2. Look at the data service, free internet after RM30. Look at the ‘birthday bonus’ that gives us student extra 50% for every reload for our birthday. Look at ALL the plans and rate and compare it with THIS :

Yup! The free unlimited calls after RM2 was replaced with 100minute per day. I’m okay with this. BUT the thing is this – The RM30 per month free unlimited internet was replaced with RM5 per day?!!!! and its not UNLIMITED. They even scraped off the birthday bonus and replace it with some other stupid plan and the week before that.. they told us “EXPECT MORE SURPRISES FOR DIGI CAMPUS PLAN”. This IS the surprise and it suck BIG TIME!

They replaced it with some other shit like 30days of free Digi Music Unlimited, McDonald’s Sundae and prizes. Come on DIGI, those free stuff are worth only at most RM50. Your are a blood sucking company. You rob students out of the daylight.

Here’s the worst part, look at what digi wrote? Does Digi think we students make our asses up to where we are now to shit around to be this dumb to not know that they are just covering for everything? Affordable your head, Digi. You failed your math’s. Your marketing failed HIS/HER MATHS! Anyone that uses their common sense would know if he/she uses the internet everyday it would be RM150 per month. That is crazy. Why would i pay RM150 for a mobile internet when i can get HSBB/UNifi for Rm149?

 Even my 7 years old cousin would know how to count RM 5 * 30days = RM150.

THAT IS SAVING TO YOU?

Listen up DiGi

I am a loyal and heavy user of DiGi Campus. There’s this one time i even top up RM500. I’ve always love DiGi Campus although there are times when your customer service suck. But i manage to deal with that. And then, you launched 3G which make this plan even more worthwhile for us student. The plan was so cheap for us student that we could GET OUR 1 YEAR SUPPLY OF STARBUCKS.

But something new came to your CEO’s mind that almost cause the world to end. You rob us students in the damn daylight. You gave us a good plan and helped us to save a lot. I appreciate that. But not anymore because everything’s changed. Every single things changed. You only give us 100minutes of the damn free calls, charge us RM5/day for internet and scrap the birthday bonus. And what do you replace all that with?

FREEBIES.

We are students but heck we are NOT beggars. We are not a DIGITAL BEGGER! We don’t fucking need your freebies. These freebies save it for the real digital beggars us bloggers know. You can save it for HIM.

Get this right DiGi. Your name among us students are down the drain. You have no place in our heart anymore. And as long as your @digi_telco is on twitter, i am going to taunt you because you rob us from our rights. You gave us a plan, stick with the rate. Dont fucking change it. Maybe the change only applies to NEW SUBSCRIBER. But no, you failed in your marketing. You decide to dig your own grave. So please enjoy your new grave because all of us are not gonna visit your GRAVE every ‘Ching Ming’
