Yup thats right, KRIS ALLEN, The 8th American Idol Winner is going to rock this Monday at The Gardens, Mid Valley!

Who can resist the cute looks of Kris Allen right? Accompanied by his melodious voice in his single; No Boundaries and Live Like You’re Dying. AHHHH.. The girls must be really drooling right now!

VIMA AWARDS – VOIZE INDEPENDENT MUSIC AWARD 2010

Thanks to @IcedNyior a.k.a Flora of course. Held at Batu Caves (LOLZ.. inside joke. Mist CLub la), Bangsar, this award acknowledges the indie scene in Malaysia and Brunei.

Voize itself is a banger and VIMA just brought Voize to the next level. The event was awesome with local indie scene supporters hyping the club up. Every artist on stage were accompanied my cheers of music enthusiast and local scene lover. Every sleek moves of the performers just blows us off. It just so great to be part of this award show to acknowledge all the young budding talents.

I forgot what band is he from but he is buff and biggggg… Scary.

Kraft was the opening act and he do it with style yo.

Hymning his single, (and also my fav song) Diamonds feat Mia Palencia, i know the night is gonna be a hell of a ride. Not only that, The Poseidon Connection did a hip hop/rock duet with him and that was sick!

The duet was one of a kind and it certainly rock us rockers and hopers!

Enough of words, lets get down wit pictures.

The Benchmarks – (Mat Salleh celup =p) rocking the set with a local fav accompanied by burning smashing guitar and driller etc etc. Crazy ‘guai lou’ but awesome stunt!

Thats C.Loco with DJ Augie in the BG. ! I love his song, the one with some Malay girl singing a few lines of Japanese in it. Forgot the name. Argh. I only remember him for that song. Was wicked back at that time!

Astro B.yond Insight at Rain Club, Hartamas

Last Wednesday, we bloggers had the privilege to have the insights on Astro’s latest offering, Astro B.yond. Astro B.yond is the HD version of Astro existing channels.

Currently only History Channel, Nat Geo HD, ESPN HD, Astro Super Sports and HBO.

Yea, that’s the HD decoder. So guys, what benefit you think you’ll get from Astro B.Yond?

First of all, i would like to ask, do you own a Plasma/LCD TV? If yes, do you own a home theater system. If you do, YOU ARE IN FOR A RIDE.

Astro B.Yond promise you an experience like never before. HIGH DEFINITON BABEH. Not only that, this decoder supports 5.1 sound system too. Which means if you are watching movies, you’ll get the exact same sound like when you are in the cinema! (Provided you must have a 5.1 speakers la). Oh yeah, Astro mentioned too that this decoder is hardware ready! So look out for more exciting features like IPTV. Cant wait to get my hands on one.

Anyway, back to the event….
